Cotaus manufactures automation tips are directly interchangeable with the Tecan tips counterpart for use with the Tecan Freedom EVO/Fluent liquid handling platform. Available in a variety of tip volumes, with or without filters, and made of clear 100% virgin polypropylene(PP) or conductive polypropylene. These Tecan compatible pipette tips are produced to stringent specifications under strict process controls and undergo complete QC and functional performance testing for each lot. Ensure accurate and reproducible liquid handling using LiHa/FCA arms on Tecan platforms.

Product Quality Control

1. Tips' volume accuracy and precision

Cotaus each batch of tips undergoes volume calibration to ensure they fall within the standard tolerance range. Random samples are taken from each batch and multiple liquid aspirates and dispenses are performed to check the consistency of the tip’s volume accuracy and precision.

2. Tips' dimensional consistency

Random samples are taken from each batch to test the tip’s dimensions to ensure they conform to standard specifications(Uniformity of product dimension≤0.15), ensuring consistent inner and outer diameters, length and shape to prevent fit issues.

3. Tips' physical integrity

The tips are checked for cracks, air bubbles, or any physical defects that might affect their pipetting performance or lead to contamination.

Pressure and bend tested to ensure they can withstand normal operating pressure and bending without breaking or deforming.

4. Tips' airtight seal and fit
